Pizza in Bati Tandoor


The word "pizza" (Italian: [ˈpittsa]) first appeared in a Latin text from the southern Italy town of Gaeta.


In restaurants, pizza can be baked in an oven with stone bricks above the heat source, an electric deck oven, a conveyor belt oven or, in the case of more expensive restaurants, a wood- or coal-fired brick oven. But we can made it in Bati Tandoor easily.

Making pizza at home may or may not be a difficult. Since many feel afraid of working with Yeast, and those who do not own an Oven, have another reason for not making Pizza at home.But now Pizza base available in markets now. So that we can made it easily and quickly at home.Pizza is loving by from child to adult. So, all family member enjoying this.

Ingredients :-

Pizza Base - 4
Spread Cheese 
Mozzarella Cheese
Onion - 3
Tomato - 3
Capsicum - 2
Pizza Sauce 
Tomato Sauce
Butter
Chilli Flacks
Oregano
Black Pepper
Salt

Procedure :-

  • Cut onion, tomato and capsicum in slices.
  • Take pizza base and make holes with fork.
  • Now spread butter over base then spread tomato sauce, pizza sauce, spread cheese.
  • After this put sliced onion, tomato, capsicum over base.
  • Then spread Mozzarella cheese.Now sprinkle black pepper, salt over base. 
  • After this put bati tandoor over the gas and heat it for 10 minutes.
  • Now slow the flame and put pizza into bati tandoor.
  • Check the base by carefully lifting the pizza with a flat spatula. Cook further in similar way if needed till the base is cooked well.The cheese should melt by now.
  • Now take pizza out and sprinkle oregano and chilli flacks over the pizza.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
