Cheese Poha Balls





Ingredients:

Poha - 2cups
Boiled Potato - 6-7
Onion - 2

Green chilli - 2
Red chilli powder - 1/2tbsp
Chaat masala - 1/2tbsp
Amchur Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Chat Masala - 1/2 tbsp
Grounded Peanuts - 3 tbsp
Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
Oil - For Fry
Salt - To taste
Cheese
Chilli Flacks - 1 tbsp
Oregano - 1tbsp

Procedure - 

For Covering -

  • Soak the poha for 1/2hour. Heat oil in a pan. 
  • Mash potatoe in bowl.
  • Add soaked poha into it and mix them properly.
  • Add bread crumbs, chat masla, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, amchur powder, red chilli powder, salt,amchur powder and mix well.

For Cheese Stuffing - 

  •  Grate cheese into bowl.
  •  Sprikle chilli flackes and oregano.
  •  Mix them well.

For Balls -

  • Take covering mix and divide them into equal proportions.
  • Take one proportion into hand and flatten it.
  • Put cheese stuffing into mix and give shape of ball.
  • Repeat the same for all proportions.
  • Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the cutlets till golden.   
  • Drain onto an absorbent paper and serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
