Ingredients :
Bread - 8 slices
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Green Chilli - 2
Mozzarella Chesse - 1/2 cup
Tomato Sauce
Butter
Black Pepper - 1tbsp
Salt - To Taste
Procedure -
- Chop onion, tomato and green chilli in bowl.
- Add cheese and Mix them well.
- Add salt, black pepper in mixture.
- Take bread slices and spread tomato sauce and butter over them.
- Then spread mixture over the slices finely.
- Grate cheese over them.
- Put the bread slice into the oven for gril.
- Gril for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove the breads from oven and serve them with tomato sauce, oregano & chilli flacks.
