Ingredients -
Bread Slices - 9
Carrot - 1
Cabbage - 1
Tomato Sauce
Green Chutny
Cheese Slices
Butter
Black Pepper
Salt
Procedure -
- Cut carrot and cabbage in zulians.
- Take wheat bread and remove all the edges.
- Take the bread slices and roll it down using rolling pin.
- Take one rolled bread and spread green chutny over it.
- Take another rolled bread and spread butter over it and put one cheese slice.
- Then Take one more bread slice and spread tomato sauce over the rolled bread.
- Put grrent chutny bread slice in plate, then put butter bread slice and then tomato sauce bread slice over it .
- Spread shredded carrot and cabbage over bread slices and sprinkle salt and black pepper.
- Now gently roll with all bread slices together to make roll.
- Now serve them.
