Matar Tikki



Ingrediants :-

Potatoes - 6-7
Peas - 1 bowl
Onion - 1-2
Pomegranate - 1/2 bowl
Maida - 3-4 spoon
Curd - 1 bowl
Roasted Cumin Powder
Meethy Chutny
Green Coriender Chutny
Salt
Red Chilli Powder
Garam Masala
Oil

Procedure :-

  • Take peas and ground in mixer.
  • Take pan and heat oil 2-3 tbsp oil.
  • Add chopped onion in pan and fry till onion become translucent.
  • Now add peas into pan and add salt, red chilli powder.
  • Fry for 5-10 min and after that add garam masala to stuffing.
  • Put off the pan from gas.
  • Now take boiled and mashed potatoes in bowl and add maida, salt to covering.
  • Take small part of covering mixture on hand and flatten it.
  • Now put some peas stuffing over the flatten potatoes and make balls from it.
  • Make more tikki in same way.
  • Now heat tava and cook tikki over griddle using oil till nice golden crust appears.
  • For serving take tikki in plate garnish with curd, meethy chutny, Green chutny and sprikle salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and Pomegranate.
  • Now serve them.
