Ingrediants :-
Potatoes - 6-7
Peas - 1 bowl
Pomegranate - 1/2 bowlMaida - 3-4 spoon
Curd - 1 bowl
Roasted Cumin Powder
Meethy Chutny
Green Coriender Chutny
Salt
Red Chilli Powder
Garam Masala
Oil
Procedure :-
- Take peas and ground in mixer.
- Take pan and heat oil 2-3 tbsp oil.
- Add chopped onion in pan and fry till onion become translucent.
- Now add peas into pan and add salt, red chilli powder.
- Fry for 5-10 min and after that add garam masala to stuffing.
- Put off the pan from gas.
- Now take boiled and mashed potatoes in bowl and add maida, salt to covering.
- Take small part of covering mixture on hand and flatten it.
- Now put some peas stuffing over the flatten potatoes and make balls from it.
- Make more tikki in same way.
- Now heat tava and cook tikki over griddle using oil till nice golden crust appears.
- For serving take tikki in plate garnish with curd, meethy chutny, Green chutny and sprikle salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and Pomegranate.
- Now serve them.
