Mix Veg bhajiye


Ingredients:

    Bengal gram flour (besan) - 2 cups
    Onion finely chopped - 2
    Green chillies finely chopped - 2

    Potato finely chopped - 2
    Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
    Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp
    Oil to deep fry tbsp
    Salt to taste

Procedure :

  • Combine besan, onion, green chillies, potato, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients well and add water to make a medium thick batter.
  • Heat up a pan and add oil to deep fry.
  • As oil heats enough, then add a bhajiye of prepared batter.
  • Turn to fry from both the sides and put on absorbent paper.
  • Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
