Ingredients:
Bengal gram flour (besan) - 2 cups
Onion finely chopped - 2Green chillies finely chopped - 2
Potato finely chopped - 2
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Oil to deep fry tbspSalt to taste
Procedure :
- Combine besan, onion, green chillies, potato, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder in a mixing bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients well and add water to make a medium thick batter.
- Heat up a pan and add oil to deep fry.
- As oil heats enough, then add a bhajiye of prepared batter.
- Turn to fry from both the sides and put on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
