Chesse besan chille


Ingredients:

Besan - 3 cup
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp

Sauf - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - To taste

For Filling

Corn - 1/2 cup boiled
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Chesse

Procedure :

For Filling
  • Take finely Chopped capsicum and add boiled corn with that.
  • Now, add grated chesse and black pepper powder.
  • Take a bowl and add besan into it.
  • Add Red chilli Powder, turmeric powder, sauf and salt.
  • Add water and make solution for cheela.
  • Heat the pan on medium heat. Once hot drizzle about 2 teaspoons of oil and let it get heat up. Once oil is hot, pour the ladleful of batter and spread it to make round shape pancake.
  • Bake it from both side and put filling over it and wrap it.
  • Now, server with tomato sauce.
