Healthy Corn Potato Balls


Ingredients:
Potato - 2-3
Corn - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Green Chilli - 1-2

Ginger - 1 tbsp
Maida - 3-4 tbsp
Bread Crumb - 1 cup
Corn Starch - 1tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Black Pepper - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1tbsp
Salt - To Taste
Chat Masala - For Garnish
Cheese

Procedure -
  • Boil Potato and Corn in different- different pan.
  • Put aside for let them cool.
  • Grind Onion, Chilli and ginger.
  • Grind corn when they cool.
  • Grate boiled potato in bowl. Then add onion grinded mixture and corn.
  • Add red chilli powder, black pepper, salt.
  • Mix them well.
  • Make ball from this mixture and put cube of chesse in this ball.
  • Dip it into cornstarch  and water solution.After that roll it into bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in pan and and fry balls.
  • Take them out on absorbent paper. 
  • Now serve them with tomato sauce and sprinkle some chat masala over the balls.
