Mathri chaat


Ingredients -
Mathri 
Boiled Potato - 1
Onion - 1

Tomato - 1
Curd - 1/2 cup
Roasted cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Green chutney
Red chutney
Sev 

Procedure -

  • Take a plate and put mathri over it.
  • Take bowl and add curd in it and stir curd.
  • Put curd over mathri.
  • Add chopped onion, tomato, potato .
  • Add red chutny, green chutny, red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder.
  • Garnish with sev.
