Ingredients -
Mathri
Boiled Potato - 1
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Curd - 1/2 cup
Roasted cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Green chutney
Red chutney
Sev
Procedure -
- Take a plate and put mathri over it.
- Take bowl and add curd in it and stir curd.
- Put curd over mathri.
- Add chopped onion, tomato, potato .
- Add red chutny, green chutny, red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder.
- Garnish with sev.
