Mung beans (Moong Bean) - 1 cup
Moth beans - 1 cup
Chickpea - 2 cup
Onion - 2 finely chopped
Green Chillies - 1 Chopped
1 Boiled Potato
Green Chutny
Meethi Chutny
Roasted cumin seed powder - 1tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1tbspLemon Juice
Corinder leaves - 1/4 cup chopped
Salt - To taste
Procedure :
- Take Mung beans, Moth beans and chickpea and soak them for 7-8 hours.
- Then drain water and wraped them into cloth for 6-7 hours.
- After that boil them in 1/4 cup water. When they boiled serve them .
- Add onion , tomato, green chilly, lemon juice, meethi chutny, green chutny .
- and then sprinkle cumin powder, red chilly powder, salt.
- finally garnis with corinder leaves.
