Aloo bonda



Ingredients -

Potato- 3-4
Onion - 2
Cashew - 1/4 cup
Green Chilli - 1
Gram Flour (besan) - 1 cup
Red Chilli Powder - 1
tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Brown Mustard Seed (Rai) - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - To Taste
Oil 

Procedure -
  • Take gram flour in bowl and add salt and add water.
  • Make a solution. And put aside.
  • Boil potato and mash them. 
  • Chop onion and green chilli.
  • Take pan and heat oil in it.
  • When oil become hot then add rai in it.
  • Add onion and green chilli.
  • When onion become golden add mashed potato.
  • Add salt, red chilli powder, cashew.
  • Mix them and put on flame for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add garam masala and put aside for cool.
  • Make balls of the potato mixture.
  • Heat oil in pan for fry bonda.
  • Dip balls in besan and put in oil .
  • Fry them till golden brown.
  • Fry all balls in same way.
  • Then serve with green chutny.
