Aloo loki fingers



Ingredients:

Potato - 4-5
Loki - 1/2 cup
Green Chilli - 1
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Black Pepper - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Corn flour - 4-5 tbsp
Bread Crumb - 1/2 cup
Oil - For fry

Procedure - 


  • Boil potatoes and mash them in bowl.
  • Grate loki and drain its water using press between palms.
  • Add drain loki to potatoes.
  • Add chopped green chilli.
  • Add red chilli powder, black pepper, salt, garam masala, bread crumb and corn flour.
  • Mix them and make fingers like structure and dip them in corn flour water solution.
  • Then roll into bread crumb.
  • Take pan and add oil in it for fry.
  • Fry fingers till they become golden brown.
  • After that garnish them with tomato sauce or green chutny.
