Procedure -
Boil pasta and drain water.
Boil pasta and drain water.
Take a pan .
Add ghee 1tbsp.
Take butter and add it to ghee.
Add maida 1tbsp and stir it.
After 3-4 min add milk and stir till lumps dissolved in milk.
Add black pepper, salt, azenomoto, oregano, chilli flacks and stir them .
Add pasta into the sauce and mix them.
After 3-5 min remove it from flame and sarve immediately and garnish with cheese.
