Ingredients -
For Covering -
For Stuffing -
Onion - 1-2
Capsicum - 1
Black Pepper - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Chesse - 1/2 cup
Oil- For fry
Corn Flour - 1-2 tbsp
Procedure for Covering -
- Boil potatoes and put them for cool down.
- Mash potatoes and add Maida.
- Add grated paneer and add salt.
- After that add bread crumbs.
- Mix them and put aside.
Procedure For Stuffing -
- Chop onion and capsicum.
- Add black pepper, Red chilli powder , salt and cheese.
- Mix them.
Procedure -
- Take covering mixture and make balls of equal size.
- And flatten the balls and put stuffing in it and make any shape you want like tikki and ball.
- Take corn flour and water and make liquid.
- Dip balls in above mixture and roll them in bread crumbs.
- Now boil oil in pan and deep fry the balls in oil.
- Fry them till they become golden brown.
- After that garnish with sauce and green chutny.
