Red Pasta



Ingredients -

Pasta - 1 bowl
Onion - 2
Capsicum - 1
Tomato - 2

Garlic - 2 cloves
Oregano - 1 tbsp
Chilli flacks - 1 tbsp
Black Papper - 1tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - To taste
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Oil
Butter
Cream or milk

Procedure - 
  • Boil pasta with salt and water.
  • And drain it and put aside.
  • Grind onion, tomato, capsicum, garlic into paste.
  • Heat oil in pan and add butter.
  • Add paste to pan.
  • Add salt, oregano, chilli flackes, sugar, red chilli powder and black pepper. 
  • Cook this for 8 to 10 mins till the raw smell goes away.
  • Now add cream or milk .
  • Mix them well.
  • Add pasta to pan and mix well.
  • Grate some cheese and toss them.
  • Now serve the pasta and garnish with chesse.
