Ingredients -
Bread – 8 Slices
Potato – 4-5
Maida - 2-3 tbsp
Red Chili Powder – 1tbsp
Onion – 2-3
Tomato – 2-3
Chat Masala – 1tbsp
Black Paper – 1tbsp
Bread crumb - ½ cup
Corn Starch – 1 tbsp
Oil – For fry tikki
Tomato Sauce
Cheeze
Procedure -
- Boil potato and let them cool. After that mash them.
- Add maida, salt, red chilli powder and chat masala.
- Mix them and make tikki from them.
- Make solution from water and corn starch.
- Dip tikki in that solution and after that roll in bread crumbs.
- Add oil in pan.
- When oil become hot then shallow fry tikkies.
- Put them aside.
- Cut onions and tomatoes.
- Back bread in pan in little oil or ghee.
- Spread tomato sauce over the breads.
- Put sliced onion and tomato on it.
- Add little cheese over it and put tikki over it.
- Sprinkle black pepper and salt over it and add sliced onion and tomato on it again.
- Then put bread with tomato sauce over it .
- Now server it . :)
