Mirchi bada


Ingredients -

Chillies - 4-5
Oil For fry


For Covering -

Gram Flour (besan) - 2 cup
Salt - To taste
Water

For Filling -

Potato - 2-3
Salt - To taste
Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Dry Mango Powder (Amchur) - 1/4 tbsp

Procedure -

For Covering-
  • Take besan in bowl and add salt.
  • Add water and make solution.
  • Put aside .
For Filling -
  • Heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds into it.
  • Add potato and add corindar powder, red chilli powder, salt and amchur powder.
  • Mix them well.
  • Add garam masala and mix again.

For Mirchi Bada -
  • Rinse chillies with water.
  • Slit the chilli and remove seeds from it.
  • Now fill stuffing into chillies.
  • Heat oil in pan for fry mirchi bad.
  • Dip chillies in besan solution and put in oil.
  • Fry them till golden brown.
  • Fry all chillies in same way.
  • Serve with green chutny.
