Panner Tikka


Ingredients -

Paneer - 200gm
Capsicum - 1
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Curd - 1 cup
Ghee
Chat Masala
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tbsp
Kasturi Methi - 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste - 2 tbsp
Gram Flour (Besan) - 4 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Salt -- To taste

Procedure -

  • Take bowl and add curd, chat masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder, kasturi methi, ginger garlic chilli paste, gram flour, turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt for marination.
  • Mix all of them and now add cubed capsicum, onion, tomatos and leave for 2-3 hours.
  • Now preheat the electric oven for 5-7 minutes.
  • Line a baking tray with foil and brush with some ghee.
  • Now take skewers and skewer vegetables and paneer.
  • Take out the baking tray and put skewers on it. 
  • And grill for 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove tray out and flip the skewers and drizzle some ghee over the skewers and grill for another 5-7 minutes.
  • Now remove tray and sprinkle chat masala over them and serve them hot with mint chutney and lemon onion rings (lemon, onion, red chilli powder, salt).
