Ingredients -
For Dough-
Maida - 2 cup
Salt - To Taste
Water
For Filling -
Peas - 2-3 cup (Boiled)
Onion - 2-3
Green Chilli - 1-2
Ginger - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Procedure -
For Dough -
- Add maida in bowl and salt.
- Knead above mixture with water.
- And put aside for 1/2 an hour.
For Filling -
- Heat 2tbsp oil in pan.
- Add onion into it and fry till onion become translucent.
- Add green chilli, ginger and fry them.
- And add peas into the pan.
- Add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and fry.
- if there is extra water and the mixture is thin, then simmer till the peas get a medium consistency.
- Now add garam masala and then put aside for cool the mixture.
For Kulcha -
- In bati oven - Put bati oven on flame. Make balls of dough of equal size and then fill stuffing in balls.
- Roll into four- five inches round circle.
- Spread little water over the surface of kulcha's.
- And after that stick it inside the lid of oven.
- Cook it till they brown .
- In Electric oven - Simply roll the stuffed balls and put in heated oven and cook till they become brown.
- After that get it out from oven and spread butter over it.
- Garnish it with curd.
