Sabudana Cutlet




Ingredients -

Sabudana - 1/2 cup (soaked in water for whole night)
Potato - 2-3 
Green Chilli - 1-2
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp

Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Salt - To Taste
Maida - 5-6 tbsp
Oil - For Fry

Procedure -
  • Drain water from soaked sabudana.
  • Mash boiled potato and mix with sabudana.
  • Add chopped green chillies and add red chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
  • Add maida and mix it well.
  • Make cutlet from mixture.
  • Heat oil in pan and when oil get warm fry cutlets till they become golden browen.
  • Take them out on absorbent paper. 
  • Now serve them with tomato sauce and sprinkle some chat masala over the cutlets.
