Ingredients:
Bread - 7-8 slices
Onion - 2-3
Tomato - 3-4
Capsicum - 1
Oregano - 1tbsp
Chilli flacks - 1tbsp
Black Pepper - 1tbsp
Salt - to taste
Cheese - 3/4 cup
Tomato Sauce
Butter
Procedure -
- Grind tomato in mixer.
- Heat butter in pn with little oil or ghee and add tomato puree in it.
- Boil it.
- And after 2-3 minutes add red chilli powder, black pepper, chilli flacks, salt and boil for 3-4 minutes and put it aside.
- Now heat little ghhee in pan and chopped onion and capsicum.
- fry them for 9-10 minutes after them put tit aside.
- Take bread slice. Spread tomato sauce over it.
- Then spread tomato puree an butter.
- Put some cheese over it.
- Spread onion and capsicum mixture over it.
- Then spread cheese and sprinkle black pepper.
- Heat bati oven at high flame
- When oven become heat then slow down the flame,
- And put slices in it.
- When bread baked then take them out.
- Now serve with chilli flacks, oregano and tomato sauce.
