Sweet Corn is variety of maize with a high sugar content. Sweet corn stores poorly and must be eaten fresh, canned, or frozen, before the kernels become tough and starchy. Sweet corn is healthy for us. Cooking sweet corn increases levels of ferulic acid, which has anti-cancer properties. For health corn include controlling diabetes, prevention of heart ailments, lowering hypertension and prevention of neural-tube defects at birth.
Ingredients:-
Corn Cob - 1 medium or large
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Green Chilli - 1
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Red chilli powder - 1/40 tbsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tbspBlack salt - 1/4 tbsp
Salt
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Chat Masala - 1/2 tbsp
Procedure:-
- Remove the kernels of corn and then boil till kernels cooked well.
- After boil remove water and take them in bowl.
- Add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chilli, chopped mint, chopped coriander, red chilli powder, black pepper, black salt, salt, chat masala, salt and lemon juice.
- Mix them well and serve them with mint leaves and coriander leaves.
