Chesse besan chille
Ingredients:
Besan - 3 cup
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp

Veg Cheese Samosa
Ingredients -
For Covering -
Plain Flour (Maida) - 2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Water
For Filling -
Corn - 1/2 cup
Carrot - 1
Capsicum - 1
Cheese - 1 cup
Black Pepper - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Procedure -
For Covering -
- Take bowl. Add maida, oil, salt and mix them and knead into a stiff dough using enough water.
- Over the dough with a dish or a wet muslin cloth and keep aside for 1 hour.
For Filling -
- Grate carrot and cut capisum in julians.
- Boil corn and put aside.
- Take a pan and heat oil and add carrot and capsicum.
- After 2-3 min add corn, salt, black pepper powder and red chilli powder.
- Mix them and bake for 2-3 mins on slow flame.
- Put them for cool.And add cheese into it.
For Samosa -
- Make balls from dough.
- Roll out a ball of the dough.
- Take a portion and join the edges to make a cone.
- Stuff the cone with a portion of the filling and apply little water on the edges to seal it.
- Heat the oil in a pan and deep-fry the samosas on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.

Creamy Malai Kofta
Ingrediants:
For Koftas:
Paneer-1 cup grated (If you don't have time to go market for buying panner made it home.Take milk and citric acid or lemon juice . Boil milk when milk boiled add citric acid and boil for 2-3 min minute and drain this and remove whole water from it. Panner is ready.)
Potato-1 cup boiled and mashed
Green chilli-1 chopped finely
